Long-Term Objectives and Vision

The primary objectives of Regal REIT and the REIT Manager are to provide long-term stable, growing distributions and capital growth for the unitholders through active ownership of hotels and strategic investments in hotel, serviced apartments and/or commercial properties (including office and retail properties).

The vision of Regal REIT and the REIT Manager is to build up the existing portfolio of hotel properties in Hong Kong and to be a pre-eminent owner of quality international hotels and other properties with a primary focus in Hong Kong as well as to reinforce Regal REIT’s status as a growing attractive option to investors.
